Employee State Insurance Corporation(ESIC) Works

ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation) is a statutory deduction for employees whose gross salary is ₹21,000 or less. To obtain ESIC registration, a company or firm must have a minimum of 10 employees on any given day. ESIC contributions are calculated based on the employee's gross salary: 1.75% is deducted from the employee’s salary, while the employer contributes 4.75%, totaling 6.5% of the gross salary.

  • Registering an establishment / factory under the Employees' State Insurance Act and obtaining the Code Number
  • Form No. 01-A (Annual Return)
  • Form No. 3 (Regulation 14)
  • Form No. 5(Regulation 26, Half-yearly Return)
  • Form No. 7( ESI Regulation No.32)
  • Obtaining Permanent Identity Card (PIC) from the ESI Branch office.
  • Monthly ESI Challan.
  • Correspondence/Liaison with ESI Department.
  • Information with regard to any amendment/changes in the act will be informed immediately
